Our beautiful apartment (70 square meters) is quiet and idyllically located near the forest. To enjoy the picturesque volcanic Eifel, hiking is available on the Eifelsteig ( stage 7-8 ), the Crimean hiking trail, the rock and Celtic trail and in the Lampertstal. The network of bike paths is located directly next to our house. You can rent bikes from us for a small fee. An 18-hole golf course is 3 km away. For swimming, there are: Freilinger & Kronenburger See, outdoor swimming pool Gerolstein or the Maare.

Weitzel's "Big Home" Suite

The first parts of the estate were built in 1824. The suite (approx. 70 square meters) with veranda (16 square meters) was added and expanded in 2007. The rooms are lovingly equipped and offer everything your heart desires: in winter cuddly hours in front of the fireplace, in summer relaxing evenings with a glass of wine on the porch. We focused on a relaxed and inviting atmosphere to linger in the furnishings. The suite offers peace and quiet and the fully glazed fireplace room invites you to dream.

The flat is located in Eltville near the vineyards, in walking distance (20 min walking, 5 min by bike) to the river Rhein and the picturesque village. The flat has access to a spacious garden (a summer kitchen/ lounge area) as well as a patio at the entrance. Inside you will find a bedroom (1 single and 1 double bed) as well as a desk for remote working. The living room/kitchen has an additional sofa bed fo two people. We always loved to travel and enjoy hosting people from around the world.

Newly renovated after storm damage! Separate small studio guesthouse behind the main house with parking , wonderful views of the Ahr valley nearby. There is a tiny patio outside with seating. 28km to the Nürburgring. 4 hiking paths are just outside the front door. Very quiet country village. Comfortable apartment in the historic winery

The historic winery was built in 1864 and has been under renovation of buildings for several years. Since 2018 it is called "Grünwalder Hof". At the same time, we are also building the viticulture deducted from the previous owners step by step. In the meantime, all water, electric and gas supply has also been completely renewed and a low-temperature condensing heater has also been installed. Aldi and Rewe are removed around 170 and 260 meters, respectively.

Small beautiful holiday apartment in our historic farm. Our district is idyllically and quietly located above the Moselle and is a perfect starting point for motorcycle/ bike / hiking /boat trips or just to relax. It's easy to reach the dream paths, various castles in the Moselle valley, the Maifeld , as well as Koblenz and Cochem. Our small but fine nest is equipped with everything to feel comfortable. Motorcycles/ bicycles can be safely stored.

We look forward to seeing you and offer a newly renovated, small but very nice apartment with double bed, bathroom and seating (size about 30 sqm). Your view goes into our quiet garden with a beautiful seat in front of the apartment. The exhibition grounds are very close, Wiesbaden and Frankfurt are easily accessible. The double room with private entrance door and private bathroom is on the ground floor of a detached house in the heart of Hangelar. All shopping facilities are within 3 minutes on foot, Bonn city centre in 10 minutes by car or tram. Coffee/tea are available at any time. A small hallway with wardrobe connects the room with the bathroom, which is very well lit and has a large shower.
