James was a lovely host. before arriving he gave clear instructions for everything including how to find the property, what to do when here, how to get into the property etc. He was very responsive and responded within minutes when i had questions. we are walkers so was an ideal location to hike in the brecon beacons without having to travel far. would deffo stay here again. thanks James 😊

Really muce and tidy room, lovely little display set out for valentines wich was nice. Gave us lots of information about the surrounding area and what to do. Great location only 20 mins from Penyfan. loads of walks around the area. highly recommend

Just got back from a fantastic stay at James’ Place. Perfect location for exploring Pen Y Fan and the Four Waterfalls. The hosts were great from the onset sending precise instructions and great recommendations for dog friendly pubs. Loved the personal touch for the dogs stay with treats, bowls and his own towel. The studio was perfect with kitchen facilities to make a brew to go with the Welsh cakes left by James (these were delicious) will definitely book again to explore more of the Brecons and areas.

James was a superb host! The accommodation was spotlessly clean and had all the included amenities along with a couple of Welsh treats! He was very responsive to my questions and made proactive and detailed suggestions of activities and great restaurants in the local area. Smooth check in and check out. Will definitely stay again when visiting Bike Park Wales.

James’ place was perfect for us! Very clean and well equipped. Great recommendations on local things to do and places to eat. Even laid out some food bowls, a towel and treats for our dogs. Milk in the fridge and tea was a nice touch too! The bed was super comfy and whilst the shower was a little temperamental we had a great overnight stay.

Very clean place, lobby entrance smelt clean, my room was clean and warm, kitchen had everything you need to cook basic meals and the bathroom has everything you need

Fantastic hosts very responsive when we had an issue with the TV in our room they actually upgraded us and moved us to somewhere else to solve the issue which we thought was absolutely fantastic. We weren’t expecting that but that was very kind of them in each property, it was to a high-quality Finish and cleanliness exactly what was shown in the pictures. Super easy checking and always communicative with us give us loads of idea ideas for things we can do and recommend recommendations of restaurants and other activities to make us stay enjoy enjoyable. Would highly recommend everybody very honest and wonderful hosts.

Second stay at Roberts although was in the larger property before. Robert is so welcoming - had lit the wood burner in preparation for our arrival so it was nice and toasty. Accommodation is small but has everything you need. 10 min walk to train station so perfect for getting into Cardiff.

Excellent place to stay, was really tidy and well presented. very well equipped home with everything we needed for our stay. very nice a quiet peaceful location. will definitely be returning when me and my friends come to visit in wales in the future. would highly recommend.

Lovely place. All areas nice and spacious. Nice comfy bed. Nice shower. Heating system easy to follow and responds quickly to get the place warm. Was cooking on the hob and extraction doesn’t lead anywhere so kitchen was a bit of a steam room. Could do with upgrading the kitchen knives.

Great stay at Neils house, checkin super easy and property was clean and comfy for the stay. added benefit of an alarmed garage and bike wash facilities. Great stay and will be back!

Ann-Marie gave us a warm welcome and was friendly and helpful during our stay. Location looked beautiful and Ann-Marie told us there were beautiful walks in the area but we didn't get to explore it, as we only stayed one night and attended an event in the city.

Laura & Mohammed were great hosts. We booked last min (on the day) and they were more than happy to accommodate our late check in too. The space is much bigger than it looks in the pictures and has everything you could need! Lovely hosts & a great one night stop whilst visiting zip world and Breacon. Thankyou!

Very nicely furnished flat - parking is a bit of a problem, but we found a space up the hill which was OK. It is ground floor, with two steps up into the living room, which was OK for my wife who has mobility problems.

The place was very clean and was exactly like the pictures and description. It was very cosy and close to good scenery.

Aaron had made sure we had everything we needed including phone chargers which came in handy. The flat was very spacious, homely and well located. As a host Aaron was quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall a great stay.

Really happy with this find. The host was really helpful and friendly when communicating. The apartment was clean and tidy. The hot tub was pre-warmed, clean and easy to use. It was located in a small, very private garden area at the back of the property. Considering the property is located, essentially, in the city centre, it was really quiet and peaceful. There are nice trees and bushes surrounding the garden area which makes you feel out of the city and in the wilderness. It was a 12 minute walk to the train station which is essentially the top of the main street in Cardiff for restaurants, bars and the main shopping centre or £5 for a cab if you don't/can't walk. The apartment has everything you need and is a good use of space. A TV in the bedroom and living room. Plenty of furniture, without being cluttered. The front door is secure and leads to a hallway with clear signage of where to go. All in all, a great stay and I'd definitely return.

Great studio apartment with comfy bed, in a modern complex, just 20 mins walk from the city centre. Dean is friendly and helpful, and we were grateful for a late checkout. Kitchen well-equipped. Good shower. Quiet neighbourhood.

Beautiful estate, grounds look well cared for. Jack and Mollie were amazing. Only initial communication was with Lorraine (maybe) all other comms with Mollie. Such a peaceful serene location. Quite pricey for the night’s stay

Lovely place and area, great for walks directly from the apartment and the outside area was lovely to relax in. Perfect for a getaway, especially with dogs. We felt very welcomed and appreciated the host going out of their way to make it a relaxing stay. Thanks again!
