Welcome to Elegance! This 26 m2 Studio, completely renovated, is located on the 1st floor without elevator access, in the heart of Lyon Part-Dieu. Very quiet thanks to 2 double glazings. Very well equipped like a 4* hotel room: 160 x 200 cm bed, 50" Samsung "The Frame" TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video included, fiber wifi, reversible air conditioning, equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, large bathroom with walk-in shower, hair dryer and magnifying mirror! Very good stay at your place!

The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

You will be 2 steps from the entrance to the magnificent Parc de la Tête d'Or, easy access, the accommodation is a 23-min walk from Part-Dieu train station, and 13 min by bus!

Le Perchoir, cozy House in the heart of the city

This charming little and warm townhouse located in a cul-de-sac in the heart of the iconic "Rue Nat" of Villefranche sur Saône, offers you immediate access to all the sites and amenities of the hyper-centre, such as shops, bakeries, restaurants, supermarket, cafes, historical places, as well as its theatre and cinema. In addition, the SNCF train station and the bus station are less than 200 m away, allowing direct and quick access to the accommodation.

You will be charmed by the volume of this apartment, with its stone wall and French ceiling. Furnished in an open space loft style, it can accommodate up to 4 people. Its 3.80 m ceiling height gives it a unique atmosphere. Its architecture is typical of the listed district of Croix-Rousse, a true cradle of the 'Canuts', name of the Lyonnais weaving workers. Located 200 m from the metro, close to the hyper center, you can easily visit the whole city!
