The space is even better than in the photos, Maurício and Bruno were extremely educated and clear about the directions on how to get or information about the property. The space informs that it accommodates up to 8 people and all will be comfortable, for sure, the beauty of the place is even greater than in the photos, the swimming pool is beautiful and, at least during the period I went, it hits the sun all day, in addition to having the convenience of a shower and a full bathroom in the outdoor area. The two refrigerators are large and cool well, the two bedrooms and living room have a fan, and the bathrooms can be used simultaneously by more than one person.

Giuliano super fine people! The town is great, whoever drives needs to have the morning to put the car in the garage and apt is on the third floor of stairs. Returning to BH, I won't waste time looking for a different place!

First, the check in was flexible, my flight arrived earlier than I had expected. Eduardo cleared the entrance early. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, with houses and other buildings. Great for 6 people, there are 3 suites with a comfortable double bed and with air conditioning. The bathrooms are great. The dining room is integrated with BBQ area and kitchen. What makes the experience between people great. Fully equipped kitchen, all necessary utensils for a great stay. Pedro's apartment is very well located in a famous BH building. Despite the intense movement every day at night, you can't hear anything from the apartment. I highly recommend and I will certainly stay there again!

Clean, complete apartment, organized condominium, close to shopping malls and large markets. The clean and comfortable bedding, the beds also comfortable and new, kitchen with basic items to make snacks and meals, the host Lucas was very clear in the instructions and showed himself at all times. About the house: Clean place, airy house, equipped kitchen, good internet, comfortable beds. Access on the ground floor with no difficulty to enter. Very peaceful and beautiful neighborhood with bakery and supermarket near. On the corner above there is a very nice Portuguese restaurant. We leave the car at the door. We went in a group of 6 friends to spend the Carnival in BH and we love the space. Simply no point of improvement, as the apartment and the whole experience were perfect. The district is excellent, the building is very quiet, safe and without noise, already the apartment is much better than we imagined: spacious, airy, extremely well-equipped spaces, well furnished, and hosts do not care about. It was an amazing and satisfying experience. Absolutely, we would repeat it.
