The AP is wonderful, I didn't want to leave there anymore. All super organized, clean and complete. The outdoor area is excellent, I had a breakfast with a beautiful view. Thaís' apartment is a mimo!!! Cheiroso!!! Clean!! Very nice !!! Well ventilated and illuminated!!! The other residents of the very friendly building! Collaboratives!!! The lady who stays during the day taking care of the common areas of the building is very friendly!!! Thaís is a super courteous host!!! My felines loved it !!! That's it and it's very important to me!!! For I can leave more safely and quietly!!! I loved my stay and hopefully return to BH !!!

The house is wonderful, very well equipped with a beautiful view of the sunsets. Super illuminated and with a comfortable indoor space: the living room next to the kitchen which allows a beautiful rest with snacks! We were in a group of 12 people and the house accommodated us peacefully. The neighborhood is great, full of trees and with nearby market, pharmacy and shopping mall. The description of the house is compatible with what we found, but I didn't know it would still surprise me with the beauty of mountain views and the gentleness of Geraldo and his wife! The host was super friendly and requests. The apartment is simple but very clean and tidy. only in the surroundings (condominium) that was with high bush. I had no problems requesting services like uber and ifood .

I went to BH with two friends to attend a congress at UFMG. The accommodation is very close to the institution, with easy access to public transportation as well. The place is quiet, and Fernanda is very attentive! It was a great accommodation, we returned home very happy with your receptivity. I highly recommend!

First, Anne was very receptive, proactive and accessible. He gave tips on places and instructions on deliveries in the city. Departing for the house, it is of good construction, without leaks or mold. The three normally functioning bathrooms, the rented rooms (and look at Sete Lagoas was hot. We managed to accommodate the 6 people in the two bedrooms and in comfort. Both the kitchen utensils and the rooms came out of good quality and new ones. Anyway, just compliment. I'll be back in town and I already have a place to stay.
