Cadre paisible, invitant au repos et à la détente, avec vue directe sur le château de Montardy et les vallons de la campagne ribéracoise. Idéal pour les randonneurs et cyclistes avec de nombreux départs de balades depuis le village même. Ce gîte pour 1 ou 2 personnes est entièrement separé de la maison principale et comprend une cuisine toute équipée, salle d'eau et WC, chambre avec lit double, jardin privatif et place de parking.

We are directly opposite the river beach of Saint Aulaye and on the edge of this historic old village. Wander up the hill to the boulangerie, shops and weekly market. Set in the heart of the Green Perigord region,this charming traditional stone built house is the perfect spot to spend a relaxing holiday with family or friends. It is set in a quiet hamlet yet close to holiday amenities and leisure. (Accrobranche, walks, cycles rides). Saint Aulaye and Aubeterre have stunning river beaches, a lovely lake at Jemaye. There is a little shop less than a mile away in the historic village of Saint Privat des prés.
