Monthly Rentals in Richfield Springs

We spent a week at a tiny home and loved our stay. The property sits on a large beautiful lawn with lovely pine trees, we spent time by the fire pit on comfy chairs, grilled food outdoors and had meals at the picnic table. House is spacious for its name and pretty cozy. Everything looks new and clean. Location is perfect. We definitely would want to come back and highly recommend it to others. Thank you Brad for providing this lovely gem! 

Absolutely loved it! Pictures don’t due it justice. Beautiful location, lots of wildlife, and my brother caught a 5 lb bass right off the dock. Easy and pretty ride to Cooperstown. Lots to do and see. Would go again in a heartbeat.

I had an amazing stay at this cozy, freshly remodeled home! The space was well kept, clean, and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to feel comfortable and at home. The hosts were incredibly attentive, checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly and quickly responding to any questions I had.

It's The Lodge since it has THREE beds! Plenty of space. Big living room. Nice dining room. Good light. But to me, it felt like a classic Farmhouse. I felt at home there. The kitchen is well-equipped. They supplied spring water for drinking. Washer/dryer is a plus. We very much enjoyed our stay. Hope to have the chance to go back. Claire
