Monthly Rentals in Richmond Island

I was there for 155 days and was very comfortable. I enjoyed the view and the area, shops, restaurants, etc. My host was extremely friendly!! I highly recommend staying here if you enjoy the beach!!

Very clean and great location. Close to the airport and a short drive to the highway to get wherever you're going. Tucked away just outside of Portland, Westbrook, and downtown Gorham with lots of convenient options for restaurants, groceries, gas, coffee, and even local farms. The two units above the barn share walls, but we never heard the other guests during our stay. There was mild noise from the road and planes (due to proximity to the airport and landing patterns) but nothing white noise won't block out from a fan or music streaming app. After a while we didn't even notice it. Jessica was super quick with her responses and I would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing week at this charming home with a breathtaking view! The location couldn’t have been better—just a 15-minute drive to Portland, with great local food and nearby landmarks to explore. The house, full of character, had everything we needed, and the neighborhood felt safe and walkable. The sunrises along the shore were unforgettable. I was here for work and made great use of the desk overlooking the water—an ideal spot for writers or creatives seeking inspiration. Michael was a fantastic host, checking in and making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
