“We had a really fabulous stay in this beautiful apartment with everything you could ever want for a super comfortable stay, we really appreciated all the lovely extra touches of fresh eggs, milk and homemade chocolate muffins which were the best we’ve tasted :-) the apartment was spotless and we were very reassured by the extra cleaning protocol undertaken since lockdown. This apartment is a real gem and is in an absolutely ideal location for exploring the Yorkshire Dales which are only half hour away. We loved our stay in these beautiful tranquil surroundings and will certainly be back, Fiona is a great host.”

Two floor renovated barn in central Richmond which makes a great base for touring the Yorkshire Dales. The Barn stands in a courtyard off the top of Frenchgate, one of the town's best-known ancient cobbled streets. It's a peaceful spot only a few minutes' walk from the market square with its shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs.
“A lovely couple of days in Richmond. The accomodation was really clean and we had everything we needed for a couple of days away. Our hosts gave us a warm welcome and then left us to it (which is how we like it). Richmond is a very pretty town and there is a lovely square where you can sit, get an icecream or fish and chips. We ate at the Black Lion Hotel, the food was gorgeous, traditional pub grub at it's best. We walked two of the walks detailed in the barn. Both very nice and easy to do with children. If we were in the area again we wouldn't hesitate to stay over. Thank you to Martine and Tim for sharing your beautiful home 😀”
