Studio, own access, self contained.

The room has it's own entrance door. It has a double Queen size bed, shower room and kitchen area (tea, coffee, cereal etc supplied) with fridge, microwave and single induction hob. There is a sofa, TV & table with two chairs. Our home is about a 10to 15 minute walk to Claygate station. Trains direct to London Waterloo (35 mins) and Guildford. Claygate has local shops and a CoOp, several pubs and restaurants and we are close to a bus stop with a frequent bus service to Kingston for major shops.

Our small peaceful apartment great for a stay in the lovely area surrounding Richmond Park. Self contained with your own locking front door, a spacious bedroom, bathroom with full size bath and shower, and a kItchen which opens into a garden area where you can sit outside. There is a small living area with sofa SMART TV. We have a direct entrance into the park, great for walking or jogging and seeing the wild Deer that roam in the park.
