Cozy garden house with living kitchen area and sleeping area with double bed, small bathroom with toilet and shower. On the covered terrace you can start the day in nature. The windows have mosquito screens. A rustic fireplace or electric heating is used for heating. From Borsdorf to Leipzig it takes about 20-30 minutes by car or S-Bahn. In the surroundings there are beautiful excursion destinations such as Machern Castle, Wellness Oasis Sachsen-Therme or Schladitz Bay.

There are 3 rooms (dining/sleeping, small children's bedroom, bathroom with open shower) The house is well insulated and can be heated, therefore also highly recommended for the winter.
