Cozy garden house with living kitchen area and sleeping area with double bed, small bathroom with toilet and shower. On the covered terrace you can start the day in nature. The windows have mosquito screens. A rustic fireplace or electric heating is used for heating. From Borsdorf to Leipzig it takes about 20-30 minutes by car or S-Bahn. In the surroundings there are beautiful excursion destinations such as Machern Castle, Wellness Oasis Sachsen-Therme or Schladitz Bay.

The vacation home is located in a natural garden, with a small "beach" and natural pond, on Lutherweg. It is 6 km to Karls Erlebnis-Dorf and 4 km to the city center of Döbeln. Enjoy the quiet nights in the comfortable 1.80 m double bed and wake up in the morning with birdsong. There are 3 rooms (dining/sleeping, small children's bedroom, bathroom with open shower) The house is well insulated and can be heated, therefore also highly recommended for the winter.

Only 100 meters away from the lake, in an absolutely quiet, idyllic location on the Kastanienallee, stands our little swedish cottage, which offers 4 beds and a sofa bed. Wonderful relaxation away from the city, the perfect place to slow down and recharge with family or friends. The Kiebitzsee has a great water quality. In addition, our house is the perfect starting point to explore Leipzig, Dresden, Wittenberg, the Tropical Island or the Spreewald.

The historic city center can be reached by bus (4 minutes' walk) or train (3 stops) in about 20 minutes.
