About property It is a free standing house owned by us. The whole ground floor contains Caffe bar "eco" that is open on all days from 8 to 23 hours and has a large parking place just in front of it. The parking often has free places, but there are no reservations. The name “eco” is homage to the magnificent yacht eco where I worked nine years as electrical engineer. The apartment is on the first floor and it has separate access from the rear side of the building on a quiet dead end street.
