A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

There is a private parking space and the location can also be reached easily by public transportation.

The charming and spacious apartment is situated on the second floor of the house. Every day we enjoy our monumental city villa, stylishly and quietly located on a beautiful park, in the heart of historic Oud Rijswijk, right behind the Herenstraat with nice coffee shops, restaurants and shops. Exit roads, shops, public transport, bike and walking routes (also bike rental), parking and parks are a stone's throw away. The Hague, Scheveningen beach but also historic Delft, Leiden and Rotterdam can be reached within half an hour.

Beautiful apartment on the third floor (attic floor) of a monumental canal house in the city center of Delft, quietly located opposite the canal boats. The central station is a five-minute walk away, shops and delicious restaurants are a stone's throw away. The attic floor is complete and tastefully luxuriously furnished, a kitchen, shower, toilet. The picturesque canal house does not have an elevator, unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.
