The apartment has a private bathroom with washing machine, cozy kitchen with small oven, hobs and dining area, as well as a living room with TV, double bed and pull-out sofa.

There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

In the heart of Odense you will find our 120 year old masonry villa. On the top floor there is an apartment with bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom with a big tub. The apartment has direct access to a 50 square meter rooftop terrace with a view of the beautiful Assistens cemetery and park. We are a family of 5 living in the ground floor. Our kids are 3, 6 and 10. There is access to our garden and trampoline, which you will share with us.

The home is decorated in an old forge with charming details. It is located in a small town with good shopping opportunities within a few hundred meters. From the garden, there is a beautiful view of the open field towards a nearby manor house. Odense, Svendborg, Nyborg and Kerteminde are all less than half an hour's drive away.
