The house is from early 1900s and renovated in recent times. The house has a kitchen, two living rooms and WC downstairs. Exit to the porch and garden. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and one bathroom with toilet and shower. Exit to balcony. Lovely cultural landscape and attractions such as Lokstallen, Hadeland Glassverk and Kistefos. There are great hiking opportunities around the house and in the area.

There is no separate bedroom, but a bed (90x200 cm) in the living room and a sofa that can be turned into a double bed (140 x 200 cm). Top mattress for sofa bed is on top of the closet. Samsung 50" smart TV with Rikstv, Netflix, Apple TV +++. Board games and books can be found in the bookshelf. It can accommodate a max of 3 people in the apartment. Guests are responsible for cleaning and vacuuming.

The place is located in the middle between Hov and Brandbu as the nearest towns. To Gjøvik it takes 45 min by car and Dokka 35 min. Hiking terrain and ski slopes in the immediate vicinity (ski slopes into Nordmarka, or drive 10 min to Mylla)- Includes living/dining room, new IKEA kitchen (with induction oven, oven, fridge/freezer), bathroom with incineration toilet and shower, 2 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds. Electric heaters (not wood burning). Duvets and pillows for 5 people, the tenant brings their own bed linen and towels etc.

Fantastisk utsikt over både Tyrifjorden og Steinsfjorden med meget gode solforhold. Stor hage med sandkasse og trampoline. Huset har 3 soverom og sovesofa om man skulle trenge flere sengeplasser. Barneseng på hovedsoverom. Reiseseng, vogner, leker og barnestol tilgjengelig. Dobbeltgarasje med mulighet for lading av elbil. Velkommen!!:D
