Es handelt sich um ein gut gedämmte Dachgeschoss Wohnung mit Aufzug und einer Küche. Alle Fenster haben elektrische Rolladen. Haustiere Willkommen gegen eine Gebühr von 15€ pro Tag. Es gibt Wein zum kaufen von unseren eigenen Lagen die von F.J Regnery bewirtschaftet werden.

The flat also has a living room with sofa corner and smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, hob, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher) and a dining table with 6 chairs. The bathroom has a shower and WC, and there is also a separate WC. The covered wooden balcony (25 sqm) offers a wonderful panoramic view.

Beautiful apartment in the countryside with outdoor terrace. Very quiet location on the outskirts. We have excluded pets but dogs are allowed and welcome, The apartment is a few meters from the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park and very close to Erbeskopf and Idar-Oberstein. Restaurants, a bakery, a butcher and supermarkets are quickly accessible from the apartment by car.
