Mr. Nélio's apartment is exactly the same as the photo. We arrived and it was spotless clean. It is super cozy, has all the utensils you need in a house. TV in the 2 bedrooms and 1 in the living room, Nka saw it elsewhere. They are smarts. We don't even have to keep using the building's pool, as the beaches are nearby, 12 minutes by car. Children's iriry lagoon is a 14-minute drive away. The mall is not even a 5-minute walk and a huge market the wholesale at the tbm corner in front of the mall. Perfect location. Quiet place for qm search for rest and leisure. Sr Nélio smp serving mhs requests promptly. Flexible Mto at time of entry and exit. I and mh family we love the 4 day stay. We felt at home. I went to Macaé with my fiancé to pass New Year's Eve of 2024/25. We stay for 8 days. We love everything from beginning to end. Márcia is always very polite and requests, and always responded quickly to contacts. The apartment is too beautiful, and the condominium is very safe and organized. The air conditioning works very well, especially the one in the single room, the showers are great, the kitchen is missing absolutely nothing, it is quite complete with new utensils and pans. The impeccable, very clean apartment, bed linens and very smelling bathrooms. The photos are very faithful, large living room and very comfortable rooms. Beds are cool. The location is privileged, very close to several restaurants, great beaches when crossing the street, all very close by. Besides, Jussara was very helpful, always responding very quickly, answering all our doubts. We went in 4 people and the apartment behaved very well all of us. Getting all very comfortable.

Casa marvellous, traveled with elderly and child, the structure of the house is great, water, light, air conditioning, the appliances all working. Everything we needed to make food had. My parents could walk in the square and so could the children. Thank You Ana, see you next time.
