The house is a grace, simple but with everything necessary for a quiet stay, well-equipped kitchen with varieties of dishes, cutlery, bowls, pots, blender... We went in a group of 6 adults and 1 child, the house served us super well, the backyard is beautiful. Comfortable beds and cozy room. Mr. Henrique is very available.

We had an amazing experience in this accommodation! Unfortunately, we had a setback and we couldn't check in on the agreed day, but the host was extremely understanding and thoughtful. We were given all the necessary support and, in addition, it also made our check-out more flexible, which made all the difference for our trip. Space is great and exactly as described. I highly recommend and would undoubtedly host again!

The location is excellent, 300 meters from the beach. Several supermarkets nearby. The apartment is spacious and well ventilated with a full kitchen. Also very clean. Demostra is safe.

We very much like the stay, great place, well airy, quiet and clean. The Andrea that received us was very attentive and explained everything perfectly, as did Nadir. We recommend and will definitely come back another time.

My stay was perfect and Márcia was very attentive and kind the perfect internet my baby can watch the videos of ten years perfectly well,the appliances working perfectly,the porters were very polite I loved everything and my children also stayed 5 days and it was wonderful!!

Mr. Jorge was very attentive, quickly answering the doubts we had and worrying about whether we were comfortably well in the apartment. The condominium has easy access to everything, a wonderful infrastructure and also with a swimming pool, which we end up enjoying in our leisure time. The apartment is exactly as it is on the listing and has met our needs. No doubt we will go back and recommend it to friends.

For those who want to enjoy Rio das Ostras as a city and not only point to Praia this apartment is the PLACE. Great location, close to a great mall, Atacadao, bakeries, shops... and not to mention the host Luiz who is a super polite and helpful man and sells his handmade coffee that is a spectacle 😀 Your apartment is complete with air, fan, smart TV and another in the bedroom ( which is super difficult to achieve nowadays), gas shower and full kitchen. family condominium with everything that is entitled. our only compliments. We love and will come back several times. Thank you ❤️

Great accommodation, great location, great receptivity and attention. Large apto, organized, close to the beach, to markets. Easy access. I recommend and intend to return again. It met our expectations!

Space equal to the ad, good location you literally sleep and wake up with the noise of the sea, very quiet condominium without night noises, the apartment is well equipped with everything necessary to cook if you want, in my case I was with 2 babies which was no problem at any time, there is a market, bakery, pizzeria, pharmacy and an observation has a Catholic church very close to those who attend as in my case was wonderful. The gatekeepers are super attentive and polite to Dona Margarida was very welcoming and was always supportive if she needed it. It was well worth it I will be back for sure.
