Manu's place was amazing! It was quite comfortable for my month-long stay -- good work area in the kitchen + lots of natural light + fast WiFi. Another big benefit for me was the area. Within walking distance are several awesome cafes for working + great tasting coffee: Cuervo Cafe (good for working), Viva Cafe (amazing coffee!!), Dulche Charalotte (good for working), which I found myself going to all the time. Also lots of digital nomad / traveler meetups in the area -- use meetup dot com for that + check out Mundolingo. Manu is also an amazing host! He was super responsive, proactive, and flexible with arrival/departure times + gave good recs + even connected me with his running club where I got to meet local people + travelers which honestly made my time in BA much better. There was a review earlier about the place not having a ton of kitchen equipment. Manu just bought a bunch more (which looked high quality) so that should not be a problem if you are hesitant.

A nice and cozy apartment, ideal for 1-2 people. There are several metro stations nearby. The host was very helpful and friendly, gave clear check-in instructions and was available to answer any questions. I recommend it.

We really loved the stay, the apartment its exactly like shows in the Photos, with a amazing view and location, avedis are very helpful and educated, always available to help when i needed, i highly recommend , perfect!
