We loved our stay at Vanessa’s place. The place was clean, comfortable and close to a swimming pool and with private beach access. Vanessa was always responsive and proactive. Host has maintained the place well and decorated nicely also. We had everything we needed for our stay in there. Thanks for making our vacation a good one. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Puerto Rico. It is also very close to El Yunque rain forest

This was our third time to Puerto Rico and the longest we have stayed in Puerto Rico. This villa and the area was perfect!! The Rio Mar Village is a separate gated community within the Wyndham Rio Mar Resort in Rio Grande. The grounds are well maintained and have beautiful vegetation. We felt very safe walking around Rio Mar Village and walked almost every day to either the Wyndham Hotel or around both golf courses.( 20 min walk to hotel) The villa is clean, well maintained, tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. We like to cook and stay in to eat, more than eat out, so a decent kitchen is a must. The kitchen was clean and tidy; had full sized appliances, decent cookware and dishes , glassware, silverware, and utensils, in-unit washer and dryer. We spent much of our day out on the veranda...when we were not at the pool!!! Thank you Tomas for sharing your property. Tomas is a super host. Check- in and check-out easy. We will definitely be staying again at Rio Mar !!!!

I had a conference at the Wyndham and didn’t want to spend that kind of money. Fortunately, I was able to stay at Manijee’s place which was a 16 minute shaded walk to the Wyndham! It was very nice and the bathroom was spacious.
