A cosy apartment overlooking the sea and the landscapes of Porto Azzurro bay. There is a large balcony with a sun awning giving shade in the warmest seasons. A peaceful area in the countryside with good local facilities. It's great out of season too for walking or cycling. Its a sunny apartment but very cool inside. In the winter months there is heating. The apartment is on the ground floor but has a few steps to reach the apartment from the car park. There is also free parking facilities.

My apartment is in the old town completely renovated, very close to a small equipped beach and the mostbeautiful square in the city. At 50m the course offers a wide selection of typical restaurants and places to spend the after-dinner. A few minutes from the train station and the supermarket.Theapartment is located in the ztl, but there are free parking at 150m and we also offer the free possibility of a permit for access and parking in ztl for the time of stay.

Outside the apartment, there is a large porch and terrace, both for exclusive use, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Piombino canal and the Tuscan coast, from Baratti to the island of Giglio. A 5-minute walk from the ferry from Piombino, it is also ideal for short stays without a car. Completely renovated in 2021, it has an induction cooker and a washing machine. The apartment is next to an excellent pizza restaurant, whose guests often dine in the small square in front of the flat.
