I gotta say, Susie is awesome and her Casita is absolutely amazing! She is SUPER attentive to her guest's needs and her Casita is wonderfully decorated with all the right decor and was fully equipped for our stay! She did not miss a beat and thought of anything and everything we could need during our stay! She has the perfect balance of communication to effectively check in to see if we needed anything, without giving the feeling of being micromanaged. If you like an awesome place, awesome views of the mountains, cactuses, huge Arizona sky, BEAUTIFUL stars at night, super quiet living and well away from the rat race of the city, this is the place for you! She has a sign that designates the parking area for their Casita guests, and she sent us clear and concise instructions on how to get there, park, and get in. In closing, Susie, VERY WELL DONE! Beautiful quiet location and the casita was perfect for us. Hosts were responsive and our stay was great.

Charlotte made it easy from the moment we booked--very responsive to our questions and very clear on check-in, what was included, etc. The place was clean and with a few question during our stay, Charlotte herself lives nearby and was very quick to respond and help. We also loved the Rio Verde community. While located outside the major metro, the neighborhood amenities, nearby Fountain Hills, and wonderful outdoor options for activities made it convenient and truly a wonderful place to call home for an extended period.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this ting home. The bed was extremely comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was the icing on the cake! I would definitely recommend this hidden gem.
