Le Chene - family friendly gite with pool

Les Coumayres consists of four unique, newly renovated gites. Le Chene is at the front of the house with one more gite and the owners home. Behind the house are two larger gites. We also have a Glamping site with two unique domes, located a couple of minutes walk. Relax by the heated pool whilst your children play in the pool, play ping pong or have fun in the playground. There is plenty of space for everyone and each gite has their own private terrace with outdoor sofa and dining for four.

Between sea and mountain, ideally located in Cathar Country, in the dry pond of Marseillette, 15 minutes' walk from the Canal du Midi, this character cottage is the starting point for many walks, hikes, visits... The City of Carcassonne is less than half an hour away, the beaches of Gruissan and Narbonne 45 minutes away, Spain 1 hour away, many Cathar castles nearby...

The eco-gîte is located in the heart of nature, in the heart of 4 ha nestled by the river and has a shared indoor natural swimming pool (mid-May to mid-September), a terrace and games for children. The house offers a main room with a large kitchen, a bedroom for 2, a cozy mezzanine with 2 single beds. We are biodynamic winegrowers. Close to Minerva, Canal du Midi, Gorge d'Héric, Carcassonne... We offer this 65 m2 18th century stone house located in the heart of the old hamlet of Frangouille and whose exterior is decorated with sculptures. The hamlet, backed by woods and the Orb Mountains, is located in the upper Orb Valley. The house, filled with travel memories, is located in a very quiet area. Guests can take advantage of its covered terrace, facing south, the garden and we provide African huts (30 m² annex) located in the garden.

In Cathar country, we offer you a life experience deep in the forest, in the mountains, where wildlife also shares the place... ideal for recharging your batteries far from the constraints and stress of city life. You will find in the chalet all the comforts, and Wi-Fi available. Cool in summer (possibility of snow in February). Charming little village house in stone and chestnut in quiet pedestrian lane. The house is 40 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor: 1 single room with equipped kitchen area, living room, fireplace, with a sofa bed for 2 people, and dining room. Upstairs we have a 140 bed, a bathroom + toilet. Very pretty wine village where you can take lovely walks and enjoy gourmet meals. Sea 45 minutes away and rivers / ponds nearby.

Come and get some fresh air, breathe in nature, and visit the high cantons of Hérault! My place is 3 km from the village of La Salvetat-sur-Agoût. Close to lakes (Raviege, St Peyres, Laouzas, Vesole), in the Haut Languedoc Regional Nature Park, hiking trails. 1-2 hours drive: the Millau Viaduct, Albi, the city of Carcassonne, reach the Mediterranean, the Canal du Midi, the Sidobre etc.
