Here you live about 1 km from the city center, about 250 m from the grocery store, about 1 km from Randvik beach with rocks, fishing opportunities and beach. The residence has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 children's room with a sprinkler bed and the possibility to set up an extra travel cot. The house is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 small children. You get the morning sun on the porch on the front of the house and afternoon/evening sun on the porch at the back of the house Gas grill on the porch. Good with parking space and electric car charger in the garage.

A place to relax in beautiful natural surroundings. There is electricity, running water, shower, TV and internet. The cabin is completely private with its own jetty and has several nice outdoor areas. The heat pump keeps the temperature even throughout the day and the wood stove can be lit for comfort and extra heat. The ski slope at Øynaheia is not far away and you can strap on your skis at the cabin and walk to the slopes from there. Very nice swimming opportunities with a private jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

The property lies just a few meters from the sea, with public swimming area Gustavs Point just below and a lovely southern view towards the historic Stangholmen Lighthouse. Professionally cleaned. Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Great and very spacious (323 sqm) holiday home with panoramic views over the entrance to Risør! Located close to the center and sea, as well as very short way to great hiking terrain in Urheia. The house has all amenities such as garden with trampoline, bathtub, ice cube maker, coffee machine, two living rooms, great patios with views and charger for electric car. The house is suitable for two or more families:-)

Equally suitable for animal-loving family with children, as for Enjoy the animals, take a cone trip, a trip with the boat, or a jog in the woods. Pick eggs from the hens, pick your own mint tea. BBQ in our swimming area or just relax and enjoy the view of the water from a hammock. We are usually at home and can assist with whatever it may be. Peaceful and hospitable.

The apartment is located in the basement of a house by the sea in Arendal. The apartment is newly refurbished with a new kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. In the living room there is both a seating area and a dining area. Cots can be added if needed. There is access to the garden outside the apartment. Access to the bathing/seafront is agreed with the host.
