We love our little waterfront retreat. Here, a holiday atmosphere prevails year-round with views of the water with boats, kayaks, SUP and bathers in summer and winter. For us, it is the perfect recreational oasis in the city with the most beautiful nature right outside the door, and easy access to the water via the swimming bridge. At the same time, there is plenty of city life on Aarhus Island with theater, cafes, restaurants, shopping and water sports just around the corner. The apartment is on 2 floors with a private entrance and views of the bay and Ris Skoven.

Uniquely located 170 meters from the most beautiful and best sandy beach in Aarhus. Perfect combination of vacation with beach and city. The house is stylish and well-equipped for a wonderful family vacation where you can listen to the waves on the terrace, play soccer, jump on the trampoline in the large garden and rinse off the sand under the outdoor shower. The heart of the house is the lovely newly renovated kitchen-living room, which opens up to a cozy terrace. Please note that you must bring your own bed linen & towels.

Enjoy the tranquility and coziness of our charming, modernized house from 1966, filled with green plants and a lovely atmosphere. Beautiful garden with pool and orangery, and 250 meters from the front door you can swim or walk on a lovely beach with the longest bathing pier in the Aarhus Bay. The house has two good bedrooms with a total of three beds in 120, 140 and 180 cm width. The kitchen and bathroom are nice and functional without being new and fancy, and there is what you need to feel at home during your stay.

Towels and bed linen freshly washed in allergy-friendly detergent.

The location of the home at Bassin 7 means that during your stay you are close to the harbor swimming pool, cafes, restaurants, shopping, etc. Take a walk along the promenade, take the fishing rod out on the pier, take a dip in the harbor pool, see the view from the Lighthouse (142 m) or eat at one of the many new restaurants and cafes in the nearby area. The exciting and varied city life pleases most people.

Nærmest som om ens fødder er i vandet. Lejlighed er på 80 m2 på 6. sal og er udstyret med opvaskemaskine, vaskemaskine og tørretumbler, så dine våde håndklæder kan tørres efter et morgenbad i havet. Enjoy the simple city life in this peaceful and centrally located home in Risskov. Only 5 km from the center of Aarhus and to the beach at Bellevue/Risskov. Buses 1a and 18 go right outside the door and it's easy to get to the city. Parking is free at the property and two cars may be parked on the property, the rest is street parking at your own risk. The area is quiet and peaceful and inhabited by all generations, so neighbors are also expected to be taken into account during their stay.

We have a huge living room, two bathrooms and four bedrooms: a suite, a cozy guest room, a bedroom with toys for the little ones, and a combined bedroom and desk. Our kitchen is fully equipped, and you can harvest fresh herbs in our blue glass balcony. Free parking.
