We felt very comfortable at the place. Everything was as described. Top equipped and clean. At check-in, we were welcomed in a very friendly manner. We got helpful tips regarding sights and restaurants. Just great! We will be happy to come back!

On a hill with fantastic views, enjoy the sunrise in the morning through the large panoramic windows in the living room, in the garden overlooking the olive trees of Agnese and having breakfast in the beautiful landscape...what more could you want. The flat is very tasteful and spacious. The kitchen with 5 sparkling stove and oven invites you to cook if you don't want to eat in one of the trattorias of the area with Romagnolian kitchens. Agnese is a very likeable host and with her tips have made a significant contribution to the success of our vacation. What you should know...the area from the house is more for sportlch ambitious cyclists, but you can take directly beautiful hikes; the access via a gravel path is a bit bumpy but easily feasible; you need a car to shop and explore the beautiful wider surroundings. We felt very comfortable!

Without any hesitation, we highly recommend Cipriano's place! Cipriano himself is a gem! He is kind, thoughtful, patient and very helpful. Communication was excellent with him! We could not have asked for a more welcoming host. We felt like we were part of his family and were touched by his consideration for us. Cipriano's home is lovely inside and out. Our room, "Calliope", was clean, roomy and had a wonderful ensuite bathroom complete with a claw-foot tub! The bed was comfortable and since the location is in more of a rural area, it was quiet and peaceful, making for a good night's sleep and lovely place to relax. The location was easy to find and makes a great base for day trips to San Leo, Rimini, Ravena and many other places. Cipriano provided a very good breakfast complete with homemade cakes and jams, fresh fruit and of course great coffee! We really enjoyed our stay with Cipriano and his lovely wife....they are both a treasure! We felt blessed to stay with them! We would definitely like to return one day!

Ive been travelling to Italia for about 2 months. All the way from the top to the bottom. And ive been staying at many accommodations through this app. And this house (hotel) run by Filippo in Longiano was the best. The location is exceptional and the host is incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast comes with the stay at the lounge is beyond the line of typical Airbn stay. It's a hotel quality

Alessandra was a lovely host, very friendly, pleasant and likeable! Breakfast was delicious, as well as her selfmade cakes and sandwiches!

Rosaria and her husband are extremely welcoming. It’s like being part of an Italian household for some days (in a very good way😁). They took really good care of us by having an amazing breakfast, clean and tidy rooms, and Rosaria even did the laundry for us. We ate fruits from the garden, they had a great pool and a lot of hiking options around. Thanks again for this lovely stay!!

Apartment a few kilometers from Urbino. Well-maintained and welcoming clean environment, feels like home . We didn't meet Daniele in person, but we were always available. His dad welcomed us. adorable person, very kind, very considerate. The fantastic breakfast is nothing sweet and savory , with delicious homemade cakes. Thank you

It's a beautiful place, everything matches the photos and description and Massimo is a wonderful person! Very good and very pleasant breakfast, and the location is great because in two minutes on foot you get to the center of the village where there are great bars and restaurants! Very tasteful house and appartment. Very kind host. Suggestion is to provide more local tips for sightseeing and eating. Carlina was great. Also you could add two comfi chairs inside the appt. so guests can sit and read.

Accommodation at Fabio's is very cozy and quiet. Fabio takes excellent care of his guests, he is always available. Everywhere is very clean. The beds are very comfortable, the breakfast in the garden is excellent. I recommend the accommodation to everyone.

Super nice and clean B&B! Nadia and the staff were always very friendly and open to questions. Very tasty and balanced breakfast. If something was empty on the buffet, it was immediately refilled and made more sandwiches on request. The place was as described, very clean, and was also cleaned every day. We really enjoyed the 5 days at Villa Lauda and will be happy to come back!

A Wonderful Stay at Hotel Petrarca! I had an amazing experience at Hotel Petrarca in Rimini. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to many restaurants, shops, and attractions. If you're looking for a place to "unplug" and be pampered, this is the perfect place. Small country villa in the hills near Riccione. Modernized in rustic style, as beautiful as the landscape. Away from the chaos of the city, very rural. Friendly and welcoming host, cute and cuddly kitten. Very nice.

Lovely place Abracadabra and Angela is a lovely host. In the middle of farmland this small Oase. Lovely decorated, nice rooms, good beds, great garden with a big pool. We loved our stay and would recommend this to everyone!

The house was a rare find and better than expected! Giovanna made me feel at home from the moment we spoke on messages! She made the best breakfast for me everyday i was there and kept tidying up my room all the time! The only regret i have is that i didnt spend more time with Giovanna at that gorgeous villa! If i ever get the chance to go again i will not leave from that estate!!!

What a fantastic Airbnb! I think it was our best experience ever. Eleanora and Lorenzo were so friendly and welcoming. They were also very generous with supplies of tea, coffee, biscuits, jam, etc., which is always nice. The apartment was so beautiful, brand new, harmoniously furnished, fully equipped, everything you needed and extras such as Alexa and Netflix. The surroundings were also beautiful with a lovely space to sit outside and take in the view and the peace and quiet. We loved it so much and wished we could have stayed longer. Do not hesitate to book - it is such a treat and you will have no regrets.

If you want to get away from everything and immerse yourself in the middle of nature, this place is for you! Giacomo and Daniela are a super host. They'll make you feel welcomed as a family. If you have children, they will have fun seeing the various animals ( from the turtle to the donkey). Closing more and figs and eating them under the tree is an experience that remains in the heart.
