Monthly Rentals in Rivanna River

We only stayed for a weekend but would loved to have stayed longer. Linda’s place was very quiet and peaceful. The house is beautiful, spacious and very clean with comfortable furnishings, beds and linens. Linda was there to greet us and show us around when we got there. She is an excellent host. We had no issues whatsoever. Look forward to visiting again.

Great place to stay short term in Charlottesville. Bryan was a great host and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable.

Patricia’s cottage is exactly what we were looking for to visit family in Lake Monticello! The place was very clean, felt at home, and had everything we needed! Although it’s only a one bedroom, the space was utilized so well and it felt very spacious. The decor was beautiful and you can tell they put a lot of thought and love in the property. We definitely found the sweet spot for all future visits to the area. Thanks for being a wonderful and communicative host!

Beautiful property filled with wildlife•cozy & inviting•well maintained in every way•we hope to return when we can spend more time. Horses, hummingbirds and beautiful dogs were the icing on the cake. We didn't use the pool- but it is a gorgeous set up. Love everything about this space & grateful to have been there.
