Lovely place. We were two couples who stayed in the Annex for a night. We were blessed with super weather so we saw it at its best, with lovely countryside views and the opportunity to eat our breakfast outside. The two separate rooms, each with en-suite and each with a small kitchen area suited us perfectly. The beds were comfortable, everything was super clean and there was plenty of space to park. A great spot a couple of miles from Malmesbury.

Hannah and George were super helpful, the house was characterful and has all that you need. It was lovely as a family reunion as there was plenty of space, and access to a garden and the toys was so appreciated.

This was the perfect place stay for our weekend in Bradford On-Avon! The lovely garden studio was exactly as described, with everything you needed and a short walk from the restaurants/shops/sights. Our hosts were absolutely lovely and so friendly, giving lots of local recommendations. Thank you so much, would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Bradford On-Avon.

Alan & Phyl’s property was comfortable and the location was in easy access of shops and restaurants/pubs. Friendly hosts who were very welcoming of my late check-in. Highly recommended.

It was a pleasure to stay with Beth. The place was beautiful and exceptionally well-kept. The best part was the location where you wake up inside a lovely rustic building surrounded by a beautiful farm. When we get a chance to go to the Cotswolds, we will go back there again. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for calm after a day of exploring the Cotswolds and Bath.

We had a fantastic 2-night stay at Sarah and her husband's place in Bath. The property had everything we needed and matched the listing and photos perfectly. The views were absolutely stunning, and the free parking was a huge bonus. It was just a short walk to the town centre, which made exploring super convenient. The beautiful linens and luxury bath towels added a real touch of comfort and quality. Sarah and her husband were amazing hosts—friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating with check-in and check-out, going above and beyond, which was very much appreciated. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Bath and would happily stay again!

We loved our stay with Tori. We instantly felt welcome and right at home. The place itself is decorated so nicely that it feels like a home away from home. It was very dog friendly, we felt very secure letting our dogs roam around in the garden. There was an abundance of recommendations of pubs and places to go so we didn’t have to try and find things ourselves. The bed was super comfy, so much so that we now want a new mattress! We will 100% be staying here again!

This is a fabulous find! Very spacious and beautifully appointed with high quality furnishings and linens/towels. The bed was soooo comfy with lovely sheets. We had everything we needed, and Tina was such a lovely host. An added bonus was the private patio area with comfortable seating and lovely planting. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and there were lots of nice touches. Highly recommended - we’ll be back!

Beautiful space and decorated to a really high standard. There is the noise from the busy road however it was still a really lovely cottage garden feel. It is a studio (one room and a bathroom ) which is mentioned however I would have valued a photo to reflect that. Definitely worth staying here!

Dry arch cottage was really lovely, just perfect for a 1 night stay ... heard the wolves howling which were astounding! ... The place was very clean and tidy and high quality furnishings. The host James was very communicative even though we did not see him personally (not an issue) as we really appreciated the privacy but was very nice over messages even by letting us check out later which again was really nice. I would 100% recommend staying here and would do again as it is cheaper than staying in bath itself x

Booked Gay and Jonathan’s place for my Mum’s 60th birthday present. She said it was in a perfect location for walking and exploring the canal, town and river, beautifully clean, had everything they needed and a lovely breakfast. We had a lovely quiet stay at Anne’s woodland annex. The place gives a real feeling of being in a remote part of the world while being a short distance to Monmouth. We most enjoyed the fire pit and the amazing sunset we got to enjoy up a path 200 metres behind the property. Anne and Andy were friendly and discreet hosts. We’ll be back for sure.

Have stayed here on numerous occasions now and it feels like home from home. Always immaculately clean on arrival. Private..comfortable..peaceful location. Perfectly located for visiting local historical monuments like Stonehenge..Salisbury Cathedral..Avenbury Stone Circle to name a few. Highly recommended host and stay

I extended my stay and really enjoyed my time here, it had everything I needed for a long stay and Donna and Neil were great hosts.

lovely escape. peaceful with fantastic walking straight from the door. can walk into Stroud along a peaceful country lane in c45mins. great pub short walk away. Caroline was a lovely responsive host. would definitely recommend.
