Amazing break away from London city life. Amazing host and the property is flawless. Highly recommend getting a supermarket delivery to the property.

We had a lovely stay at the Barn. Steve and Tessa were great hosts and it was nice to meet the family pets too! The Barn was warm, comfortable and well equipped for our stay. It was in a superb location and we enjoyed being able to walk straight out on to the moors. Thanks for having us!

Had a wonderful stay. Nicola is a wonderful, warm and friendly host and was incredibly thourghful and helpful. The cottage is just stunning - in terms of facilities, location and design. Felt as home as soon as walked through the door. Nicola really has thought of everything you could need. Thank you both so much for a wonderful stay.

Sue's place was like a home from home. It had everything we needed and it was clean and cosy. It was in a peaceful location and the only sound we heard was the moos of the cows from the farm. It was the perfect base to explore Hope Cove, Salcombe and Kingsbridge. Had a very enjoyable stay.

An ideally located cabin with beautiful surroundings it was so peaceful and tranquil we couldn't of asked for any more the cabin was spotlessly clean and very well equipped just sitting in the hot tub with a drink watching the sun set was amazing we will definatly be going back

Lovely secluded getaway with nice walks nearby. There is an excellent pub and a railway station in Yeoford which is about 30 minutes walk. Pristine, cosy, high quality accommodation. We hope to return soon.

We had an amazing time in the treehouse. Beautiful sunsets. Listening to birds and horses. Walking to Salcombe for beautiful food. Overall, just a fabulous time in a charming property in a great location. Thank you, Freya!

We had a fantastic night at the Shippon. We loved the style of the property and felt very relaxed whilst there. We got some nice food from Bens farm shop which is just 10 minutes drive away. We enjoyed a couple of nice circular walks from the village along lanes and bridleways. The plant nursery up the road is worth a visit if you enjoy gardening/plants.

We enjoyed our visit to Mill farm. Nice views and very peaceful. Loved the accommodation and the bed was so comfortable. Our children played with Derrys 4 girls and we felt very welcome. Thank you

Amazing stay at Ruby Rose. The conversion is beautifully done and deceptively spacious, more than enough room for our family or 3 and out dog. The paddock was also lovely with lots to entertain us including games and animals. It's also completely enclosed so the child and dog are free to roam securely. Lastly, Denise was a brilliant host, very friendly, helpful and responsive.

We had the most wonderful stay with Elaine and Simon, who were the perfect hosts and became great friends with our kids (who want to go back immediately). They were kind enough to take the girls around the farm every morning, which the girls adored (and we also loved!). The barn was perfect - exactly how it looks in the pictures, immaculately clean, perfectly set up with everything you could need. We could not have had a more lovely holiday and are so very grateful to our super lovely hosts.

My friend and I loved our stay at Monty's. The house is beautiful and everything is in its place and spotlessly clean. Maria had left us some really useful walking guides, and one of them led us to possibly the most stunning walk we had ever been on (Salcombe to Bolt Head). It was such a lovely gesture to find a yummy chocolate cake waiting for us on arrival, too. The bath was also a real treat, particularly after a long coastal hike! Thank you very much for having us, Maria, we hope to be back again! X

We had a lovely stay at The Curlew! Karen and Steve were wonderful hosts—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The property itself was spotless, cosy, and beautifully maintained, making it feel like a real home away from home. The location was perfect: peaceful and well-situated for exploring the area. One of the highlights was definitely the view of the alpacas just outside the window, which made for a truly unique and relaxing backdrop. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely lovely cottage. A beautiful village on the edge of Dartmoor. I was able to park every evening. We could walk to the moors from the door very easily. Top spot. Lovely break.

Ideal location for visiting Exeter and the surrounding countryside and beaches. It was tranquil and Jennie was an ideal host. The cottage had everything required for our 5 night stay. Jennie was happy to chat and answer any questions. I would highly recommend staying here.

What a find! Beautiful location, very easy to get to places of interest, peaceful with a gorgeous view. I was greeted by the lovely hosts, who ensured I was settled in. They had left welcome tea and coffee along with some fresh eggs laid by the hens outside! Comfortable sofa and bed, a nice hot shower, fluffy towels and a kitchen with a full size cooker. A real gem, exceptional value and will definitely stay again.

My stay at Frances’ was absolutely lovely- she made us feel very welcome from the offset! The place is very charming and homely- I’ll be back for sure if I return to this neck of the woods!

We had the most wonderful stay at Venetia’s place – she gave us such an incredible welcome, it honestly set the tone for the whole trip. When we arrived, there were lovely little touches waiting for us – milk in the fridge, a bottle of wine, and even later she shared toys and books for the kids, which they absolutely loved. Venetia’s warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home from the very beginning. The house itself is absolutely stunning – the photos really don’t do it justice. Every detail was perfect, and the setting is just magical. Nestled on a peaceful farm, we were surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature, with calves and lambs nearby – the kids were in heaven. It was the perfect blend of peace and adventure, and an idyllic spot for a family holiday. We couldn’t recommend it more – thank you, Venetia, for everything!

We were a group of 15. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Phil's place. The accommodations were cozy, clean, and as described. Phil was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The barbecue area was perfect for enjoying meals outdoors and making the evenings even more special. The local lamb that Phil helped source for us was delicious! Additionally, the peaceful bonfire place (a 10-minute walk amongst the local sheep from the house) provided the perfect setting for relaxing evenings under the stars. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a delightful and hassle-free experience. Thank you, Phil, for being such an excellent host – the best in all our Airbnb stays.

Spent the week at Michael and Caroline’s cosy barn and couldn’t have asked for a better time. Such a serene location where you’re immersed in nature. It was lovely to hear the birds chirping, the river running and the wind through the trees. The barn itself was very cosy, especially the new king size bed they’ve put in. The underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathroom was a nice surprise. The host themselves provided clear instructions on how to use the facilities and this made things so much easier. Only a couple of days into our stay we had already decided we’d be coming back.

We had a beautiful stay at Mill Cross in the Jenny Wren Shepard’s hut over a long weekend. Emma and Kevin were brilliant hosts, they were so kind and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. It was great to chat to them and learn about what the do and who they are. Our fire was lit for us to keep the cabin cosy and the hot tub perfectly warmed for us in the evenings. A highlight for us was the abundance of wonderfully friendly animals, it made our morning to have the hens coming running up to say hi, excited greetings from their lovely dog Juno, purrs from the very friendly cat Pickles, and happy hellos from the characterful goats. Stunning location, beautifully clean with expert craftsmanship. Very eco friendly as well. Emma’s homemade bread was delicious and we will be trying the brownie recipe she shared with us. Dreamy stay, wonderful trip. We will be back. Highly recommend!

Once again we had a lovely stay at Stancombe. The farmhouse is beautiful. We spent a lot of time in the cosy kitchen with the aga but it would have been nice to have slightly more space in the lounge for comfy seating as there were ten of us we couldn't all sit in there at the same time. Beautiful historic building thanks again Sophia and Hilary!
