Waterfront vacation rentals in Riverfront, Wilmington

We had a wonderful time at this condo. I had a 23ft center console boat and was able to use the dock during my stay. That alone made this place incredible. Sitting on the top deck was awesome because you can see both the ocean/sunrise and the intracostal/sunset. The beach is close by and you are close to all the things Carolina Beach has to offer. Thank you, we will definitely be back!

Great place to stay and a great location!

Fantastic place. Gorgeous views overlooking the Cape Fear River and Riverwalk. Everything is in walking distance, great restaurants, pubs, and shopping. The place is very comfortable.

Great location in downtown Wilmington. Was able to walk to walk to Live Oak Bank Pavilion and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. Host gave precise instructions on check and check out prior to arrival. Condo was very clean. Would recommend staying here just to visit or for future concerts.

We travel to Wilmington a few times a year to see my daughter in college. This was by far the nicest airbnb we have stayed in. Yes it can be loud at night but you are right in the middle of everything. Shopping, restaurants, bars, river walk. We had a teenager with us so we were able to walk right downstairs to go to a few bars but not be too far away from her. The balcony back deck is great too. She felt like she was at the club on Friday and Saturday nights. The sound machine in the bedroom was great to override the noise when it was time for bed. Kathleen was so friendly and helpful and communicated throughout our stay. She was even there when we arrived to make sure we knew where to park. The unit came with two parking spots which was great when my older daughter came into downtown to visit. We would love to stay at this spot again!

Booked this super late and Syndy was super fast and super responsive! Easy check-in and cozy place! Close to some great restaurants. Syndy was very kind in letting me check out later than the 10am which was very helpful. Would recommend this place to friends & family and will book again if I’m back in Wilmington. 5 stars!

Walt’s place is awesome! The home is gorgeous and the location is ideal. Perfect spot for anyone who wants to be close to local bars and restaurants. We enjoyed the amenities and the close proximity to the beach. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful houseboat exactly like in the pictures. Being the end unit, it has the best view of the river and Battleship North Carolina. It also has better privacy and access convenience to the community picnic area. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Everything was perfect!

Amber is a 10/10 host! So hospitable, friendly, and very quick to respond. She was accommodating with everything and went above and beyond to make sure the stay was perfect. The house was beautiful and such a relaxing stay for my family! We appreciate her and her family for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home!

We really enjoyed our stay. All questions were answered in a timely manner. House was great. Really enjoyed the deck space. We also rented a golf cart and pick up and drop off were super simple.

This cottage was the perfect spot for a long weekend over Easter. We only had 4 people and 2 dogs, so plenty of space for our crew. The location is awesome. It’s only steps from the beach making it easy to go back and forth as needed without any hassle. The added bonus was all beach chairs and towels were included helping to greatly lighten the packing load. The house was super clean, greatly stocked, and organized. This was a big plus! Lindsey and Billy were super with communication, friendly during our stay, and allowed some flexibility with check in/out. With a child at UNCW, I feel certain we’ll be back. Thanks for everything!

This space could not have been cozier or cooler! We loved all of the vintage accents and personal touches that Bryan and Mari preserved in this property and you can tell that this space has been a happy place for so many that have stayed over the years. The location could not have been better for a quiet beach stay and provided a lot of comfort for us during our visit. Their responsiveness was unmatched as well.

My husband and I spent six days at Renee’s home along with our son and two fur babies. The house is beautiful, very clean, and spacious inside. The pictures are very accurate. I loved the views from the two porches in the two king bedrooms. The pond and garden views are awesome along with the beautiful sunsets. Loved the pretty flowers around the patio area. Everything I needed in the house was available, easy to locate, and well stocked. Renee is a very responsive and helpful Host. She was quick to resolve a couple of issues that came up during our stay. Our stay at Renee’s house was so restful and relaxing. We hope to stay again the next time we visit the area. We had unforeseen circumstances that required us to book a new stay last minute late at night on a Friday. The host was responsive immediately and accommodated us. The house was clean and beautiful. It was a short drive to the beach. It was a great space to relax at whole unwinding from from the sand and sun. They provided great recommendations and we would definitely stay there again. We loved everything about this place. It was just like the pictures and description in the listing. The condo was immaculate and set up very well. The views and closeness of the beach are amazing. Zach, Meghan and Amanda were great in every way. Communication and response time was excellent and they made our stay stress and worry free. We couldn’t be more satisfied and we will definitely be back.

We were so excited to find Suzanne’s place last minute. The place was beautiful. It was extremely well taken care of. The balcony was an extra room! It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable outdoor furniture. I loved all the plants-indoor and outdoor. It felt so warm and inviting. The whole condo looked exactly like the photos. This place was top tier in all aspects. I would recommend to anyone. We enjoyed our stay so much. When we are in this area we would love to stay here again.

We loved Mark’s apartment with both views for sunrise and sunset. We had everything we needed from the beginning and Mark was easy to reach throughout the stay. This spot will stay in our top choices to rent. Thank You for providing a great place to vacation.

Everything regarding our expectations was met. We found lots to see and do in the area. Great seafood and drinks in the immediate area... we love Wilmington NC. Can't wait to return! Jim Miller

This location has direct access to the pools and the beach - amazing! It is also right next to lobby and the restaurant. Very easy to get inside. This part of Wrightsville Beach is secluded - which we loved. The unit was very well appointed- perfect size for 2-3 people. They have beach chairs and boogie boards to borrow. Would stay again.

My husband and I just wanted to get away and relax, and it was also his birthday. We were blown away by the view, the sunrises were amazing! It was perfect for just the two of us! We walked to the boardwalk which was 1.7 miles, had lunch and walked down the beach back, but if you just want to hang out on the beach it’s a simple walk and you are there. The best part is the sound of the waves. There is nothing better than going to sleep to the sound of the waves. We spent our last night on the patio playing Yahtzee, (which was there in addition to other games) while we listened to the waves. We had so much fun playing, I hope we didn’t wake the neighbors! It was a very peaceful, relaxing trip.
