Private separate entry if required. Bus and Train within 5 minute walk, beautiful Swan River 5 minute bicycle path immediately out front of house which provides direct access to river, Perth CBD, which is a max 20 min ride away. An additional room may be available at extra cost, TV and wireless broadband available free of charge. Pool (heated in summer) and separate spa. Outdoor alfresco kitchen and bbq area overlooking pool for guest use. Up stairs lounge area. A large upstairs balcony with Perth city glimpses One minute walk to bus stop.
