I welcome you to my 2-room apartment that I leave at your disposal for your stay. On the 6th and last floor of a quiet residence, it is located on the edge of the pentagon (city center), all services and places to go are within walking distance. I am a big fan of traveling by booking my accommodation through Airbnb, thanks to this experience I have designed and equipped the apartment to make you feel perfectly comfortable during a stopover in Yonnaise.

New independent studio, 13-minute walk to the city center. Very welcoming, fully equipped, in a quiet residential area. Very well located on La Roche-sur-Yon, Bus nearby, 5-minute walk to the hospital, IUT, FAC or School of Nursing and Commerce. By car, you will be 35 minutes from the Vendée beaches, Puy du Fou or Indian Forest... Arrival in complete autonomy or by our care, we adapt. Studio suitable for 2 people only, not suitable for infants.

Old house, eco-friendly renovation

The rehabilitation of the house was just completed in June 2020. We renovated it with eco-friendly materials (lime-hemp, cellulose wadding, water-based paints, reclaimed materials...). The atmosphere is soothing. A south-facing terrace overlooks the 2,000 m² garden where you can enjoy nature in peace. The house is classified as 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. In addition, the disability tourism labeling is in progress.
