Bertrand and his family made us feel very welcome. The gite is well maintained and equipped. The location is great for exploring Perpignan and the beautiful surrounding area. I would recommend a stay without hesitation.

We had a great time with family and friends at Emeric's. Peaceful neighborhood with sea and shops nearby (5min drive) The inside of the house is well equipped and very pleasant to stay in. The exterior offers everything you need for a good holiday and even more. Trampoline, swimming pool, jaccuzi, punching bag, plancha, hard to do better. Very considerate and kind host.

A very nice stay, good moments of relaxation, spacious, quiet and bright. Beautiful library. Very personalized house. nice little arrivals when arriving on a Sunday especially. pity that the village is totally lacking in commerce and that it takes more than 20 minutes to shop . Things to visit are still a little far but the area is really beautiful.

Frankly , the best hosts I met via airbnb , they wonderfully welcomed us small touches for my newborns (comfortable baby bed, high chair, bottle dryer, baby bath ) . A friendliness and kindness that honor the people of the area . The house is superb , clean and functional . Exterior to the top superb garden , large terrace with its large functional kitchen, hammock, small jacuzzi area with its solar shower. What more could you ask for a great stay 10 minutes from the beautiful local beaches. PS: I forgot a jewel when I left ,Joseph called me as soon as he found it and sent it back to me in the mail frankly I don't know what else to say but, come and discover this beautiful home and its super hosts , thank you and see you next year I hope 👍

We spent a very good week with my children, grandchildren and our dogs. Well-equipped accommodation, beautiful terrace and very beautiful garden. Quiet house, very well located, with parking, we will be happy to come back to this house in Collioure. We quickly felt at home. Marie and Patrick are very friendly and available hosts.

2 night stay. Overall we had a nice stay. The host is very friendly. The gite includes everything you need. The setting is green and lots of trees are present, making the place very charming. The place is nice for children and animals with the presence of a swing and a large fenced grass area. We also enjoyed the barbecue and garden furniture sheltered with the scents of wisteria and orange flowers. Everything was perfect for us, despite being close to the highway which remains discreet. Thanks to the host 🙏🏻

Very welcoming and thoughtful hosts throughout the stay for us and our four-legged friends. Special mention for the generously offered tomatoes in the garden! The accommodation is clean, ideally equipped which makes it possible to lighten the suitcases and have a serene stay while enjoying. The location is perfect, close to the town center and its amenities (supermarket, bakery, bar/restaurant) and close to the different surrounding towns (Le Barcarès, Canet en Roussillon, Perpignan).

Well-placed home in a quiet area. Very nice balcony overlooking the pool. Swimming pool partly sheltered from the wind, very appreciable during the tramontane. Pleasant, friendly and responsive host. Precise directions.

We enjoyed the quality of the hospitality, the very quiet place conducive to rest and relaxation, in a new well-equipped accommodation with comfortable bedding. Above all, our hosts are charming and welcoming. Recommended.

The arrival at Fabrice's went very well. We were in communication to adjust our check-in time. The residence is spacious and equipped with a very large swimming pool. The heart of the village is 1/4 hour walk. The beaches are 10 minutes away by car. Hypermarket 5 minutes away. The apartment is well distributed. Central room with equipped kitchen including dishwasher, clic clac, TV and extended by a terrace. Then there is a bedroom with a trundle bed and large storage wardrobe. Our host provided us with linens except for towels. We stayed there for a month with great pleasure. Just a quick note for long stays, I would have preferred a washing machine to a dishwasher, but it's a detail. Laundry nearby

Very nice stay with friends, the house is very nice and the outside too! Very easy to find, what's more, we had a lovely time. Too bad the pool is only functional in mid-May even if it was specified in the advertisement.
