Ravin is very responsive host, me and my 7 yo daughter enjoyed his hospitality and staying at his place. Villa is the same as on pictures, very quiet and peaceful location. Roof is a great place for star gazing, kitchen has everything that you need, rooms are clean and cozy. Definitely recommend for family or couple vacation!

Beautiful garden, gorgeous pool, very peaceful and relaxing. The apartment was well equipped with everything you would need. I would recommend this apartment and Florina was very helpful.

The villa is very comfortable, very well decorated that gives a cocooning look: you feel at home. Its tropical garden is very nice and translates the Mauritian atmosphere well. In addition, it is very well located in a very quiet area guaranteeing peaceful nights while being a few hundred meters from the lively life of Grand Bay and its fabulous surrounding beaches. However, a car is required. Finally, Mathilde is very kind, flexible, always attentive to needs who will also advise you very well on excursions to do, beaches, restaurants ... We will be back without hesitation with great pleasure.

Venice and Bobby were there to welcome us with a smile and kindness. We appreciated the communication, responsiveness and advice from our hosts as well as the flexibility to check in and check out. Beautiful spacious and very well arranged house with all the desired and necessary equipment to achieve a beautiful stay. The terrace and garden are very nice with the calm and birdsong when waking up. We felt right at home. I recommend this 🏠 and if I were to return to Mauritius, it would be here without hesitation. We stayed one month in Mauritius and had a very comfortable stay. The house is spacious and modern, the kitchen is equipped with everything that you need and the garden and pool area is very nice and relaxing. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood so you’ll need a car to reach everything, but it’s not far away. The house is very child friendly, as the pool is fenced and there is everything you need for a baby / toddler (high chair etc). The hosts are very friendly, reactive and flexible.

This is a fantastic place. Everything we hoped it would be. The gates to the grounds have security. It’s very private, secure and peaceful. The place is better than the photos. Management is first class, we hade Fiona looking after us, which made the stay very relaxing, knowing support if needed is on hand. Fatima came in 3 x week to make sure the place was clean and tidy, which resembled hotel service. This is a very well run place to ensure your holiday goes the way you want it. The location is brilliant with access to Grand Baie for restaurants and beautiful scenery as well as Choisy Beach which is our favourite beach. Plenty of supermarkets around to get essentials and food, as well as shopping malls. We can’t rate this place enough.

Awesome stay at Baleau Villa, place has all listed amenities and is well located - Pereybere beach is 3 mins away with a great selection of restaurants around! We were offered homemade chicken curry with vegetables which was delicious ! Would definitely recommend! :))

We have been visiting Mauritius since 2000 and have always loved spending our holidays on the island. Over the years, we've stayed in a variety of accommodations, including 3-, 4-, and 5-star hotels, as well as private villas. This year was particularly special, as our kids, now young adults, thoroughly enjoyed all the activities—from boat trips and beaches to dining at restaurants and celebrating New Year’s Eve with the spectacular fireworks displays. We highly recommend this accommodation for its central location and the added bonus of a large pool. The host went above and beyond, even arranging car rentals and setting up a braai for us South Africans to enjoy. After years of searching for the perfect spot, we’ve found it and will continue to book this unit for years to come. Thank you for an unforgettable stay

Great location for a spot north of the island that is close to good beaches and restaurants. Amazing apartment which is very big, clean and modern. Having access to a nice pool and gym was a bonus. Highly recommend.

Dawood is a great host. The apartment is very clean, functional. It is in a quiet and secure residence where you can park very easily. 5min walk from Pereybere beach and restaurants. Host arranging for check-in, check-out, cleaning hours. When I arrived one of the two A/C wasn't working. He told me tomorrow a technician will be coming. The next night I went home, the A/C was working. Dawood is serious, punctual, and speaking. I plan to return to Mauritius in December 2025, there is a good chance that I will book this accommodation again. I can only recommend it.

The apartment is fantastic, it was at a great location. We visited several beaches but the one around the place is one of the most beautiful ones. The apartment is well equipped, we really felt like being at home. We got absolutely clear instructions in a timely manner. We had a really super stay here in Mauritius.

Very nice appartement, spacious, well equipped, comfortable, tastefully decorated. Big balcony where it was pleasant to sit, have a drink before dinner. The host responded immediately if we had questions and helped us. We are particularly grateful that the host allowed us to check out later, because our flight was departing rather late. Mag’s place is in a safe quiet area. I needed to get away and recharge. It was the perfect place: private, quiet, comfortable, clean.. They are very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend :)

Very nice apartment with all the comforts, very clean and very well-equipped. We were hosted very well by Guillaume and loved our stay with our hosts. The apartment is great, it is very large and with a very nice terrace. We really enjoyed the site, the beautiful beach and the pool. Ange and Guillaume were very nice and very responsive with a lot of good advice. We recommend this accommodation without worries! There are always parking spaces to park in a very appreciable secure space. In short, it was pure happiness!

We had the most amazing time at this beautiful apartment. It was walking distance from shops, bars and restaurants. The beach which the hosts described how to access was stunning and never busy, paradise! Having the pool was fabulous too, like a little oasis. I read other guests thought the apartment was noisy but it didn't bother us at all. All the maintenance staff were very friendly, and the hosts were also on hand for anything we needed during our stay. You won't regret booking, we can't wait to return.

We stayed 3 weeks at Devi's apartment and everything was perfect from our arrival to our departure. The apartment is modern, bright, functional, secure and super clean. Devi is a wonderful person, welcoming, considerate, generous who cares about the well-being of their guests as well as being super responsive if there's an issue. Very very nice home in quiet and beautiful surroundings. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come again if we are going to Mauritius.

As a family of four, we stayed for three weeks in this wonderful apartment. It is exactly as described, and it´s easy to recommend this apartment if you´re visiting Pereybere. The apratment is located within walking distance to the beach, department store and a good variety of restaurants. Buses and taxis are always within immediate reach. The apartment complex itself felt very safe, clean and quiet. Nadia is a really helpful and highly responsive host. Whenever we had questions or issues, she responded immediately and is always doing her best to make the stay as enjoyable and smooth as possible. All in all: Highly recommended, and we would most likely return for a later stay!

The apartments are located in a three-storey building with 12 owners, although they live in only 5 apartments. The neighbors are nice, French, retired. The top floor has an equipped open-air veranda where you can have a romantic dinner under the stars. There is a small swimming pool. The parking lot is right in the yard. It's a quiet, peaceful place. The beach is a 7-minute walk, Winners supermarket is 5 minutes away. Cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, bus stops are also a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is large, all the rooms are comfortable to live in. There are air conditioners everywhere. Equipped with everything you need: bedding, towels, shower gels. The kitchen was a delight! There's everything to make delicious dishes. You can see that the hostess is waiting and loving her guests. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. A little compliments awaited us when we arrived: cold water in the refrigerator and a pleasant souvenir magnet from Mauritius. Thank you

Fatimah welcomed us personally. Her husband showed us around to make it easy for us to get by during our stay at their place. Fatimah was super responsive when we messaged her during our stay as well. The apartment was beautiful, serene and equipped with everything to make us comfortable. I would definitely go there again and recommend it to friends and family too

My stay with Jérôme was perfect in large part thanks to Sabrina's kindness and proactivity. The space has even more charm than the photos and is extremely comfortable, clean, and quiet. The pool to which you can access directly from the apartment is very beautiful and almost private because very little used by other guests during my stay. I would highly recommend it
