Our house is located in the middle of the medieval village of Tagliolo Monferrato, surrounded by vineyards and mountains. The Ligurian Riviera is 30 minutes away by car. Barolo & Langhe is famous for wine lovers. It takes about 50 minutes by car to get to the old harbour of Genoa (Genova). Every morning you can have breakfast at a local bar and get a true Italian feel with a cappu and croissant. (20m from the building) Free parking on the street or nearby parking lot.

Sea scent

Typical Ligurian house in an exclusive location 50 meters from the sea, equipped with an outdoor heated Jacuzzi on a large terrace with a view. The house is spread across two floors. On the ground floor, there is a large and bright living room with a kitchen that allows convenient access to the terrace, and a bathroom. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one double and one that can be prepared as a double or twin and the main bathroom of the house. Private parking is available.

Ristrutturata da poco, THECASETTA2 è una casa in pietra del 1860 immersa nel verde. Situata in posizione dominante (550 mt. sul livello del mare) si raggiunge tramite una strada non asfaltata appena rinnovata. In questo luogo magico non esiste nessun tipo di inquinamento acustico o luminoso, gode di una vista meravigliosa sulla valle Bormida. La piscina, leggermente più in alto rispetto la casa, in posizione super panoramica è davvero un luogo di grande relax

The apartment is located on the main square of the city in Palazzo Scati. Palazzo, founded on the ruins of a Roman amphitheater and pre-existing medieval buildings, belonged since 1614 to the Scati family, recognized as one of the oldest noble families of Acqui Terme. Thanks to careful restoration in 2025, all of the building's authentic elements were preserved. The building was declared a Special Cultural Heritage Site.
