Super helpful host, very quiet location five minutes from the old town

It was an incredible stay in the most beautiful apartment!

Amazing location, short walk to the Colloseum, felt very safe, and of course the magical view of the Colloseum. We left our windows open at night and couldn't stop staring at the Colloseum lit up. Rome overall was other wordly, and we were lucky to stay in a spot in the midst of it all. Great host, felt very welcomed upon our arrival by Roberto. We wish we could have brought our kids here, there was plenty of room at this stay. And the laundry was a life saver for a 2 week trip.

We are just back from our lovely holiday in Rome where we stayed at Filomena's place. The house was great with all that you require for a comfortable stay. It was clean, nicely furnished and felt right at home. Filomena was very helpful with any questions, local recommendations for places to eat and were very responsive as well. Overall an amazing stay and would recommend Filomena's place to anybody looking for an accommodation in Rome.

Location fantastic. Next to tram and trendy delicious restaurants. Building is super high tech with security guard access. Balcony has fantastic view. Perfection. Overnight evening parking easy and free. Sundays amazing flea market at your doorstep! 💎❤️

Very clean and well located accommodation close to bus lines and the metro to reach the main monuments of Rome. The accommodation is very close to a train station that allows you to get directly from the airport in 40 minutes. A few very good restaurants and ice cream parlors in the neighborhood. Really good host. Super responsive and pro-active to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Delightful, well-kept, essential place, perfect for those who want a peaceful and relaxing stay with their four-legged friends... The house is fenced and therefore perfect for leaving dogs free, you will find a delightful garden shaded by olive trees with sun loungers and outdoor shower. The patio with the outdoor coffee table has allowed us to eat out and enjoy the place. Just a stone's throw from the little house, a private street will take you to the lake beach, also quiet and perfect for peace and relaxation...what to say for us , beyond expectations you will remain more than satisfied. We've just had a lovely 5 day stay here. Very convenient location with lots of restaurants nearby and of course a view of (and short walk to) St. Peter's Basilica. Carrefour near the station and smaller grocery shops if you walk towards the Basilica and turn right. Bakery and Sandwich shop right outside the building. The apartment was clean and had all amenities we could need! Most importantly, we were arriving very late at night into Rome and Davide kindly arranged a reasonable taxi to pick us up from the airport and a late check-in was no problem.
