Our 14th century house is located in the heart of Touraine, a region known for its castles and fine wines. The house is 180 m²: Ground floor with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 single beds that can be pushed together), a kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bathroom. 1st floor with 1 master suite (160 x 200 double bed), a bathroom and a charming small covered balcony. The garden is 600 m² and includes a private in-ground heated pool.

In the heart of the main Châteaux de la Loire, you will enjoy 4 spacious rooms and annexes located in an old mill located on 5 hectares of nature. The ubiquitous presence of water, heated swimming pool (opening from 15/06 to 15/09) (pond, river, washhouse...) will mark your stay in depth. The area is good for families (with kids) and groups.
