Do not hesitate to reserve Christa's home. The home is better than described in the listing and is very comfortable and nicely decorated. The home is super clean, the beds very comfortable with top quality linens and towels. The kitchen would leave any foodie giddy with top of the line pots, pans, knives and appliances. The Cape Cod rail trail is right out back. Delicious restaurants abound in Orleans. Christa was very responsive and check-in was simple and well communicated. To top it all off, an amazing outdoor shower, deck and fire pit.

Beautiful area, clean apartment, easy access, lots of closet space, nice bathroom and view from small deck. Loved the fact that we didn’t need to bring our own bed linens, towels or beach chairs! A minor critique is the bed could have been a bit bigger ( didn’t feel like a queen?) and a bit more comfortable. overall, a great place to stay and we recommend it! A great value! Barbara's place was a comfy, cozy spot. Very quiet and peaceful and the view was gorgeous. We really felt at home. Barbara was available if we needed anything. Nice little touches with extra water, popcorn and even a special delivery of some cookies!!! So delicious! We would stay here again!

We have been coming to the cape in April for the past 11 years and the Rooster Cottage is by far the best place we've ever rented. The cottage and grounds were exactly as described and has a very well appointed kitchen, comfortable living room with a gas fireplace and the master bedroom was bright and cheerful with an excellent mattress and plenty of closet and bureau space. Whenever we had a question or concern Dominic responded within minutes. The outdoor space offers privacy and a wonderful patio area with fire pit, outdoor table and plenty of seating. The outdoor shower was roomy with good water pressure and excellent hot water. We are already planning our next visit! Thank you Dominic and Dale for such a wonderful exoerience !
