This three story unit has a two car garage and sitting area on the first floor. The second floor has a complete kitchen, dining area, living room and half bath. The two bedrooms are on the third floor along with two baths and washer and dryer. Note: the only television is located in the living room and is wifi only.

This is an Eclectic tiny farm house built in 1940’s, approximately 900 SF and has 1 bedroom with a Queen bed and 1 Bath. It can accommodate 2-3 people comfortably because there in a futon in the back room. Entire home was remodeled in 2021. It sits on 3.8 acres with multiple barns and sheds, remnants of a simpler way of life as a farm. Many large hardwood and cedar trees on the property. No pets, or parties.
