The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. Our lovely cottage was erected and built in 2005, as a family project between two brothers and our respective families. New floors, sanitation, beds and more new furniture in spring 2025. The detached cottage is located in a small village on Vestmøn, very close (about 10-15 min. walk) to the most beautiful sandy beach. Bicycles (cottage bikes) are available for free. Here you will enjoy the silence and the beautiful nature that Møn offers, in full. The cottage is a detached house next to our large cottage (a former historic house).

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

The villa is equipped with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with garden views. Guests can take in the ambience of the surroundings from an outdoor dining area or keep themselves warm by the fireplace on colder days.
