The area offers Langeland's Fort, wild horses, stone cairns, Bronze Age mounds, and just 400 meters from the house is Langeland's Golf Course or Langeland's Lystfiskersø.

The garden is partially landscaped with wild flowers, which adorn the beautiful garden, which also includes a ball court, large partially covered wooden terrace, large fireplace and play area with swings and slide.

The spacious kitchen has everything in equipment as well as 90 cm gas stove with 5 burners. The sunsets can be enjoyed here over the quiet, beautiful Avnø fjord.
