It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. If you like paragliding, there are opportunities within 200 m, kite surfing within 500 m. Please notis Electricity must be paid separately, water is included

Fra hytten er der af flere veje adgang til Genner bugt og badestrand - afstand 200 meter. Der er et skønt lys i hytten og er et perfekt “getaway” sted for 2 personer. Der er mulighed for opredning i stuen på en sovesofa til 2 yderligere. Der er kun et forhæng til soveværelset - ingen dør.

Living room with TV/radio, (free internet) and access to balcony. Bedroom with double bed and room with 2 single beds. Bed linen, towels, and tea towels are provided. The beds will be made when you arrive. The apartment is on the ground floor of your own house.

Nice bathroom with shower. 3 min drive to Gråsten Castle, 12 min to Sønderborg. After a few minutes' walk, you are on a small cozy beach and from the parking lot by the house, there is a view of Nybøl Nor
