The house is located on a less busy road with 300 meters to the shopping center, which contains supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacy and medical center. Close to the house is the best beach in the area with free access to the jetty and playground. The house's garden can be used for play and there is garden furniture in the associated courtyard. The larger towns of Sønderborg, Aabenraa and Flensburg can be found within 20 km.

The apartment has a steep staircase, is therefore unsuitable for people with difficulty walking. The apartment is newly renovated with a private entrance, to the 1st floor (stairs) folding bed (2 pers) In addition to the bed (incl. bed linen) there is a sofa and TV for relaxing. Smaller meals can be made. (Pots, electric kettle, cutlery, etc., and fridge are available.) En-suite bathroom (incl. towels) Heat pump ( air conditioning) The apartment is a non-smoking area. Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Fra hytten er der af flere veje adgang til Genner bugt og badestrand - afstand 200 meter. Der er et skønt lys i hytten og er et perfekt “getaway” sted for 2 personer. Der er mulighed for opredning i stuen på en sovesofa til 2 yderligere. Der er kun et forhæng til soveværelset - ingen dør.
