The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

In the summer, you can enjoy evenings at sunset on the terrace overlooking the Šumava nature and the lake. Swimming within 5 minutes' walk, paddleboard available. Great accessibility to all sports activities - cycling on trails and inline skating, water sports, adrenaline sports, hiking, skiing in the Lipno nad Vltavou ski resort, Hochficht, Frymburk ski park.

Relax after an active day in the national park with the whole family in this rustic and cozy place to stay on the edge of the forest. Throughout the year, the nature of the Bavarian Forest invites you to explore it. Hiking trails are right at your doorstep. Extended tours are just as possible as Nordic walking, snowshoeing in winter, or easy walks. Look for mushrooms in the fall and enjoy the snow in the winter. Cross-country ski trails are on site when there is sufficient snow.

(Cold water) Bathtub is located outside on the patio which must be fired with a wood-burning stove (not frost). Forest sauna about 50 m away. The comfort holiday apartment is located in the vacation village Hauzenberg. The 60 m² cozy accommodation consists of a living room with a double bed for 2 people and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with two single beds and 1 bathroom, so it can accommodate 5 people. The equipment also includes Wi-Fi and a TV. Your private outdoor area has a balcony with table and chairs where you can relax, read a book, dine al fresco and admire the stunning views.

This beautiful modern furnished apartment is located between Deggendorf and Passau (about 20 km) The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to vacation and relax. The apartment is 50 m² and has its own entrance, which leads to the apartment via the external staircase. The apartment is equipped with a double bed for two, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The fully covered terrace, with a grill station, is of course also included.
