Deine Wohnung blickt in den kleinen, gepflegten Hinterhof des Hauses und du hast alle Annehmlichkeiten der Stadt vor der Tür. 30m zum Bäcker, 70m zum öffentlichen Parkplatz, 100m zur Donau und 200m zum Ludwigsplatz mit Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung selber ist komplett neu saniert und renoviert, mit tollen, hochwertigen Möbel, mit denen wir Dir ein schönen Aufenthalt bieten möchten.

Apartment in a small tranquil village in the old typical "Vierseithof" with large garden. 125 sqm apartment on the 1st floor under 100 years old beamed warehouse . 1x loft with TV corner, kitchen, dining area, 2x loop couch, 1x couch, reading area and work table. 1x bedroom with double bed and baby bed with stylish colonial decor. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Access via external stairs with long balcony. Views of the countryside as well as garden with fire pit and triple barbecue.

Wooden house alone at the edge of the forest

Quaint but comfortable wooden hut right on the edge of the forest. Small separate bathroom with toilet and sink. (Cold water) Bathtub is located outside on the patio which must be fired with a wood-burning stove (not frost). Forest sauna about 50 m away. Sleeping is on the sleeping floor with two double mattresses. Heated with a beacon oven, air conditioning, 50 m walk from the parking lot. A shepherd's wagon can also be rented. Time out at Klopferbach

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street nestled in the countryside. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020, consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic amenities, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. The Klopferbacherl flows at the foot of the property and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a pub pool.

Cozy apartment for 2-4 pers.

Our apartment is located at the gateway to the Bavarian Forest. It is very centrally located and you can also easily reach it by bus and train. Parking is right outside the front door. There is also a terrace, as well as a small garden to relax and barbecue. The apartment is renovated and offers plenty of space. There is a separate bedroom with a french bed. A small room with 1 bed and large closet. The living room with the large sofa bed can be used for sleeping.

Altstadtapartment

Our 1-room apartment (approx. 40 m²) is located on the ground floor of a listed house in the historic old town of Passau. The window side opens to a small, sunny garden – a quiet oasis in the middle of the city. Right outside the door begins the charming alley around Künstlergasse and Residenzplatz with many cafes and restaurants. The imposing cathedral and town hall are just a cozy five-minute walk away – ideal for culture lovers and city explorers.

Welcome to the Pilsl family in Ruhmannsdorf. We offer you a cozy, spacious and comfortable apartment for 2-4 people and a toddler. It is embedded in a quiet four-sided farm, about 5 km away from the climatic health resort of Hauzenberg.
