The apartment is really very nice, well-structured and with everything. It is directly on the Trail of the Silent Villages, the comfort is total. Enrico is a very responsive and helpful host. You can comfortably cook on site, the kitchen is equipped, and there are also some options (the possibility of having a coffee for example). The property is very tidy and very clean. The surroundings are quiet. The wifi is missing, as reported, but unlike other guests I haven't experienced any network issues. In this intermediate season, since it is a new structure but in an old farmhouse, it may be a little cold, but nothing unbearable. The staircase to access the night floor is rough, it takes a little attention. The cost of the accommodation is more than adequate for a couple: for a single maybe it is a little high but it includes undeniable practical and logistical benefits.

The jacuzzi under the stars was something magical! A perfect place to get away from the chaos of the city and do some detox. Todi is very close, with super restaurants. The fireplace makes the atmosphere super welcoming. I also brought my dog and she was so happy! Elisabetta, the host, was super available for anything. Would love to come back, everything is really beautiful! Thank you!!

Janet and Nicholas are exceptional hosts :) responsive and very kind, it was a pleasure to communicate with both of them. I must also add their property management company is fantastic, we had the pleasure of meeting 2 lovely gentlemen. Top service from everyone. Thank you :)) The day we arrived my first thought was ~ what an immaculate property! The outside has such stunning views of Todi and the surrounding hills, the pool and gardens are truly beautiful, you can tell everything was done with such thought and care. The gorgeous kitchen and outside wood burning grill were our favorite part! Evenings with the sun setting were truly special. Their home is exceptional. We will treasure our week long stay :)

We stayed here as two couples with two toddlers, and it was an unbelievable experience. The place is truly unique - full of soul and character- and surrounded by stunning scenery. There was plenty of outdoor space for the little ones to run around and play ball, which made it perfect for our families. We were watching the sparrows every day and gazing out at the horizon - it was our mediration! Sergio was incredibly warm and welcoming; we felt like he treated us as old friends. The home had everything we needed, clean with comfortable beds and a great location close to a large supermarket and the historic center of Todi. We would absolutely love to come back!
