The accommodation is maximized for 2 adults, but there is also room for 2 small children. Kitchenette equipped with hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. TV and Wifi. Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. We will charge a cleaning fee of SEK 200 for bed linen, etc. However, we expect you to do a fine cleaning before you check out.

You come to a cozy property, close to ski slopes, exercise tracks, trading area and adventure swimming. The property is scenic in the countryside and here you can enjoy peace and quiet with beautiful surroundings. The home is newly renovated with a fully-equipped kitchen and shower. Comfortable Lake View Cottage

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home next to the lake Rämen. Close to Gyllbergen nature reserve with hiking trails and convenient distance to Romme Alpin. In the area there are nice nature trails and swimming area. The cottage has access to its own rowing boat and sauna. Two bedrooms, one has a 180 cm wide double bed (2 x 90) with a full mattress topper and the other has a bunk bed where the upper bed is 80 cm wide and the lower bed is 120 cm wide, which makes it possible that two people can sleep there.

The house consists of 8 rooms and a kitchen and has a living area of 254 sqm. Dining room for larger groups, tiled stove and an upstairs fireplace. Here you live on a quiet road and free parking in the yard. There is also an outhouse. The super nice cat Gibson is included in the house and you are more than welcome to take care of our nice chickens 🥚

I detta nyrenoverade hus anno 1700-talet hittar ni en varm och mysig atmosfär med vackra nejder i Byn Hovgården. Gångavstånd till bad, sjöar och slingriga stigar som väntar på att bli utforskade. Med bil når ni Romme Alpin eller Borlänge Centrum på 12 minuter. Även många andra vackra sevärdheter och naturreservat finns i närheten som till ex. Gyllbergen, Turistvägen Silverringen. Möjlighet att hyra cyklar, kanot, kayak och vedeldad bastu finns. Och vi delar gärna våra favorit platser med er:)

Newly-built house on lake plot near Romme Alpin

Welcome to a newly built house on its own lake plot with magical views! In summer, you can enjoy swimming and sun from your own jetty and borrow a rowing boat, SUP and wood-fired hot tub. In the fall, you pick berries and mushrooms directly outside the house. In winter, it is about 13 minutes to Romme Alpin. When there is ice on the lake, you can ice skate and take lovely walks. There is a sauna and fireplace with access to wood for frozen ski enthusiasts.

Sunnanäng Hilltop - cozy with amazing views

Cozy cottage of 27 sqm with newly renovated bathroom and kitchen and porch of 29 sqm with magnificent view of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on our own plot (5,000 sqm) in the nice village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The bed is made and clean towels are provided when you arrive, it's easy to enjoy yourself here! The village is located along Siljan, by car it takes 4 minutes to Leksand Sommarland, 8 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg.
