It is a bright, very clean basement apartment that corresponds exactly to the pictures. I loved getting into the cooler apartment outside at 30 degrees and being able to be alone for myself. Wonderful !!! The bathroom is also like in the pictures. Everything is very clean and flashes, towels, hair dryer, brush hair gel, and are even provided. I was even allowed to use the washing machine !!! Super great! The park I'm 20-25min to the Agnesviertel. drove by car. The Weiden shopping center is nearby. Very convenient!! Connections to the city are impeccable. I can only warmly recommend the apartment and the host !!!! ..........”
