Wilfried was an exceptionally kind and welcoming host. He met me personally, showed me around the apartment, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He also shared a lot about the city and life in France — he’s a wonderful conversationalist and truly made me feel at home. Throughout my stay, he was quick to respond to any messages or requests, always helpful and attentive. The apartment itself is bright, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need. The neighbors are kind and respectful, which adds to the overall sense of comfort. One of my favorite parts was the beautiful view from the balcony, overlooking a small, peaceful park. The building is located in a quiet neighborhood on a hill, offering stunning views over the entire city — a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Thank you so much, Wilfried, for everything! My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The accommodations were lovely, on a quiet and peaceful farm. We could drive to the cutest of towns in every direction all within close proximity to the farm. It is also a reasonable distance to Rouen and Paris and further points of interest in the northern area of Normandy. The apartment was very cute, and had everything we needed. It was very clean, very modern, heated floors, bathroom with tub and shower, and kitchen was well equipped. We couldn't have been happier. We were there for two months and found the price to be very reasonable. Laure and Tanguy were such great hosts and helped whenever help was needed. We would highly recommend this stay and we will definitely return.

Our stay with Francois was delightful. The space is perfect for a couple. Quiet neighborhood, about 20 min walk from the city (stores, chapels, etc). If you take the bus, it’s about half that. Francois was very welcoming, and her dog Kali is super friendly and loves people. There are a few good bakeries and restaurants within a short walk. Theres a small supermarket thats about a 5 minute walk, and 2 large supermarkets a short bus ride away. They have a large, private backyard to relax in. If you want some peace and quiet, thats relatively close to the city, then this is your place. For the price, you will not find a better deal in the Rouen area. If we come back to Rouen, we will certainly stay with Francois again!
