This elegant two-room apartment is located in a newly developed area in western Malmö called Limhamns Sjöstad, its a 5 min walk to the sea which is situated right next to Malmös largest beach and recreation areas, there are marinas, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and a golfcenter just a short walk from the apartment but still just a 10min bus/bikeride downtown.
