Cities like Füssen, Nesselwang, Pfronten, Immenstadt etc. are only 40 - 50 minutes away.

Home sweet home ist unser Motto! Verbringen Sie Ihre Urlaubstage in unserem Ferienhaus, das in einer idyllischen Gegend mitten im Ort Schrattenbach liegt. Durch die getrennt liegenden Schlafzimmer und Bäder ist das Haus auch ideal für berufliche Aufenthalte geeignet. Es hat einen separaten Eingang und Stellplatz, so dass kein direkter Kontakt notwendig ist. Das Haus wurde 2020 mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von einer Bäckerei und einem Restaurant entfernt.

Our holiday home is a spacious, light-flooded, detached architect's house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden on a hillside. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.

This quiet place, which used to be a farm, is perfect for families/groups. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a detached house. The apartment is about 100 m² and offers 6+2 sleeping places. The house is free-standing, surrounded by fields and meadows. The nearest town is about 2 km away. Here you will find a bakery, butcher as well as a restaurant with good German cuisine. A direct connection to the highway (A7) is about 3 km away.

Through an extensive corridor you can reach all 3 bedrooms as well as the large kitchen/living room that can accommodate 6 people, from there you can reach a large south-facing balcony . In addition, there is a living room with a nice seating area from where you can reach the balcony to the east. The large bathroom has a bath, shower and a sink, the toilet is separate.
